There is an interesting overview of the experience of Davis Young on p277 of The Creationists by Ronald Numbers. Young was Professor of Geology at Calvin College when he wrote this book, published in 1988 by Artisan Sales. Original version 1982 by Zondervan. His major book "The Bible, Rocks and Time" has a very similar content, greatly expanded.
