Mrs. Russell's 12th Anniversary Bob Skelton reads proclamation for Mrs. Inez Russell in celebration of 12 years of service. At a Sunday night fellowship, Bob and Brenda Nave had conspired to have 12 silly gifts brought, each containing a $20 bill.
