Christmas Music at Mableton First

For our Christmas program this year the choir did modern arrangements of some traditional Christmas songs with a southern gospel tune thrown in.

The Awana children grades 1-5 did two Christmas songs. Thanks to April Ludwick and Heather Daniell for leading them and Laura Anderson for helping. Thanks to Judy Hanthorn for shooting these pictures.

Emory, Precious, and Khamani are the girls that Rod works with in Scripture time in Awana this year.

The preschool and kindergarten Awanas sang one song by themselves and joined with the other choirs for the last song "Let There Be Peace on Earth".

We were pleased that Maria Torres could accompany us to the Christmas program.

Since Maria was with us, we got her to take a couple of shots of us. I joked with her about taking photos of "los viejos".
