After the beachball bombardment as opening ceremony, Leah Cobler, Heather Daniell and Kelly Thompson led us in the "Game On" music with the accompanying motions.
The sanctuary with its stained glass window added beauty to the gathering.
 | By Tuesday, even the youngest children knew what was coming and are ready for the throwing of the beachballs from the balcony. |
The other sign was when our Pep Rally Leaders Leah Cobler, Heather Daniell, and Kelly Thompson came out to lead us in the opening music. |  |
Here comes the beachball barrage! Kids and adults had a great time with it.

 | Our VBS mission project was to collect school supplies for the Backpack event later in the summer for helping needy families with school needs. |
Many thanks to our leaders for this year's VBS. Thanks to Mike Anderson for being our overall "Pep Rally Leader" and for sharing the gospel with the children. Becky Ridgway and Janet Vineyard were our "Athletic Directors" for "Game On".

 | Thanks to our excellent food service teams for both the workers' supper and the snacks for the VBS youngsters. Pictured above are Barbara Porter, Jon Rowland, Elise Rowland, Sherry Horton and Patty Burkhardt. Barbara, Jon, Elise and Patty along with Michele Taylor formed the Concessions team for all the snacks during VBS. Sherry worked with Susan Johnson and Waymon Story to form the "Tailgating Team" which provided suppers for the VBS workers each evening. Jon Rowland and Lori at left are dishing up some of our ever popular popcorn. |
