This is the Owsley house on Henderson Road in Owensboro, Kentucky. This picture of the house was actually taken in the 1980's, but it was the house they lived in during the 20's and 30's. We understand that both Wanda and Sarah Elizabeth were born in that house.

Orvetta tells the story that she went to a show with Naomi the night before Wanda was born.
