Raptors, Callaway Gardens

Horton, the great horned owl, was the first of the featured raptors. He flew down on cue from his cage, then flew down the aisle to a post at the back of the ampitheater.

Horton was quite a character, emitting loud squawks at short intervals. Silent on the wing, maybe, but a very noisy performer on the perch.
