SPS Physics and Astronomy Picnic
April 8, 2006
The annual picnic was held at GSU's Indian Creek Lodge this year.
 | Brian Thoms with a very international group of students cooked up hamburgers and we all brought side dishes. |
A large portion of the world was represented by this group of physics and astronomy students. | |
Next year's SPS President and this year's President Jericho Cain prepared to present the Carl R. Nave Award for Outstanding Teaching.
 | Jericho presents the award to Dr. Brian Thoms. Sharon Thoms is in the foreground. |
After lunch it dried off enough for a lively game of volleyball. Mike Crenshaw was the only faculty member who joined in. I hurt my leg in last year's game, so I stayed on the camera this year.
