SPS Physics and Astronomy Picnic

The annual picnic was held at GSU's Indian Creek Lodge this year.

Brian Thoms with a very international group of students cooked up hamburgers and we all brought side dishes.

A large portion of the world was represented by this group of physics and astronomy students.

Next year's SPS President and this year's President Jericho Cain prepared to present the Carl R. Nave Award for Outstanding Teaching.

After lunch it dried off enough for a lively game of volleyball. Mike Crenshaw was the only faculty member who joined in. I hurt my leg in last year's game, so I stayed on the camera this year.
