Christmas 1975

We gathered at Grandmother Thomas' for our Christmas Eve celebration. Mark, Stacy and Jeff check out the wealth of presents.

With the gift opening in full swing, Stacy has a look at a small gift. Jeff is cranking up his front-end loader in the background.

Stacy got the Tonka dump truck she had been asking for this year, and Mark got a car-carrier. They got a lot of entertainment out of these trucks.

Mark's sock monkey was a big hit and took attention away from the trucks for a while.

Sherry and Brenda in the living room where the adult gift opening was proceeding at a more liesurely pace. Mama seemed pleased with her fine new clock.

Later in the evening, Brenda gets into her Santa Claus role in the den at home.

One of the challenges as Santa's helpers is to make sure everything works. Here Brenda helps check out a walkie-talkie. Beside her is an animal-decorated comforter for Mark's room.

Mark was into astronaut stuff this year, so he seemed pleased with his astronaut suit.
