Denali Park, Alaska

Eielson Lookout

August 11, 1992

We continued on our yellow bus along the road where this one is shown. Almost the only traffic on the road was the yellow buses run by the park for tours. You can get a hint of the red color on the tundra in the area.

In the pleasant August tundra, some caribou were usually in sight.

The extravagant racks of the male caribou stood out at great distances across the tundra.
