We enjoyed our preschool choir in the morning worship service and then had a pizza lunch and the Awana Grand Prix on January 27.

We staged an Awana Lock-in on February 1-2.

Jeff and family arrived February 10 for their Mardi Gras visit.

We had a Sunday School social at the Hanthorn's on March 10

The children on Easter Sunday are always a delight, March 31.

We had a great Tech BSU Alumni gathering at the Gudgers on April 20 and were glad Warren and Sue could be there.

Our church had a "Love Loud" event, helping with the Mableton School spring celebration on April 26.

We also participated in Mableton Day on May 18, again giving out free snocones and promotional material.

On May 23 we drove to Pearl River for a memorial service for Dave Moyle with the family.

On May 24 we drove to Orlando and Disney World to visit the Magic Kingdom on the 26th, Animal Kingdom on the 27th, Epcot on the 28th. On May 29 we decided to return to the Magic Kingdom and we stayed for the light parade and the fireworks display.

Leaving on June 16, we drove to Washington, DC, visiting Boyd and Leslie Moore on the way in and Clayton and Ellen Teague on the way out.

We joined the youth mission team in Baltimore for the "City Uprising" mission trip on Sunday, June 23.

On Thursday, June 27, we drove from Baltimore to Louisville, KY to visit with Ron and Linda Jones.

We drove to Owensboro, Kentucky on Saturday, June 29, for the wedding of Sherri Nave and John Dockery.

We had a picnic with Iglesia de Mableton at Bent Tree on July 20.

An extraordinary deluge at Bent Tree on August 1 washed out Tamarack Drive.

We celebrated the life of Warren Woolf on July 27.

A remarkable 6" of rain at Bent Tree on August 2 washed out Tamarack Drive.

We did a surprise 90th birthday party for Sue Woolf on August 10

We made a trip to Pearl River on August 15 to visit the family.

On August 24 we had a 54th anniversary celebration for Brenda's South Cobb graduating class.

A variety of summer activities kept the family busy this summer.

On September 22 we got together for lunch to celebrate Wayne's birthday

On October 8, Mark sent us a photo of a special effects setup with an ambulance for a movie.

On October 10 we headed for Charlotte where we visited the Billy Graham Library and had dinner with Mary and John Keefe on the way to the National Apologetics Convention.

Fall activities included school for the girls and a lot of running.

October 18 was Alumni Day for the Georgia Baptist College of Nursing.

On October 20 we went to Bent Tree to assess the need for deck reconstruction.

We had a men and boys overnight at Bent Tree on November 15-16.

We rejoiced at the arrival of Jeff and family on November 23. We made an overnight trip to Bent Tree November 25-26 and then returned to celebrate Thanksgiving Day at home.

We had our Christmas music program at Mableton First Baptist on December 15.

Maria's journey on December 18 took us to Texas.

We explored Baton Rouge on December 20.

We returned to Pearl River on December 20 and enjoyed Christmas day at Jeff's and at the Moyle's with Darla's extended family.

We celebrated Elyse's birthday on December 26.
