Jeff and family visit and Vacation Bible School
June 8-12, 2009
 | Jeff and family arrived about 9:30 pm on Sunday, and Monday began very calmly with the girls watching a video in the den. Elyse is curled up with Ashleigh on the couch. But the remainder of the week was to be very busy. |
Jeff was to attend the Apologetics Conference sponsored by NOBTS at Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, Rod was entering his first week of the intensive Conceptual Physics summer course, and both Rod and Brenda were going to be involved in VBS and take the girls in the evening. |  |

When we were getting children to pose at the Boomerang Express rail station, Elyse and Mattie were acting like they had known each other all their lives. Mattie's Mom told Brenda that Mattie had asked her about having Elyse over for a play day.
Ashleigh and Jordan were in a large group with leaders Joe and Patty Burkhardt, Peggy Jo Boyles and Marjorie Keller.
