Rod's Mother, Naomi Nave, with Jeff at her house in Newport, Arkansas on August 30, 1968. Jeff is about four months old.

She is dressed in the uniform she wore to work at the Jackson County Convalescent Home. She worked there until she was about 72, and we were amused at her coming home talking about working with those "old folks".

I believe that this was the first time she saw Jeff.

Jeff was active and holding his head up at four months old.
